Les nominations aux 87e Academy Awards ont été annoncées ce jeudi. Parmi les plus cités, on trouve Boyhood, Birdman, The Grand Budapest Hotel, American Sniper ou The Imitation Game.
Ce sont J.J. Abrams, Alfonso Cuaron, Chris Pine et la directrice de l’Académie Cheryl Boone Isaacs qui ont annoncé la liste complète des nominations à la 87e édition des Oscars qui aura lieu le 22 février prochain et sera présentée par Neil Patrick Harris. Pas de grosse surprise parmi les films nommés: comme chaque année, la liste ressemble peu ou prou à celle des Golden Globes, qui ont eu lieu le week-end dernier.
La grande surprise de ces nominations, c’est Marion Cotillard qui peut prétendre au titre de Meilleure actrice pour son rôle dans Deux jours, une nuit des frères Dardenne, mais qui fait face à pas moins que Rosamund Pike, Julianne Moore, Felicity Jones ou Reese Witherspoon.
Parmi les films les plus fréquemment nommés, on retrouve notamment Birdman de Alejandro Innaritu et The Grand Budapest Hotel de Wes Anderson (9 nominations chacun), The Imitation Game de Morten Tyldum (8), ou encore Boyhood de Richard Linklater et American Sniper de Clint Eastwood (6 nominations chacun).
On soulignera également la double nomination d’Alexandre Desplat pour l’Oscar de la Meilleure bande son (pour The Grand Budapest Hotel d’une part et The Imitation Game de l’autre), ou encore le terrible lapsus de Cheryl Boone Isaacs, qui a annoncé la nomination de Dick Poop (au lieu de Dick Pope, la nuance est subtile mais pleine de… sens) pour l’Oscar de la meilleure photographie pour Mr. Turner.
